RETURNS & REFUNDS
Merola London has as its priority your total satisfaction with our items and service. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange your order.   To do this please notify us as soon as possible either by email: info@merola.co.uk  or telephone us on  +44 (0)20 7351 9338.
Please note: earrings are  non refundable for reasons of hygiene. 

We accept unworn, undamaged products for exchange or refund upon notification within 5 days of receipt of delivery. Special order and sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any items that do not meet the return window will be handled on a case by case basis. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to post to your account after return has been approved and received.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care  of the items when they are in your possession as they cannot be exchanged if they have been worn or damaged by you.  We do want you to be completely satisfied and will refund you the price you paid if the item is not suitable and the item is returned within 5 working days and has not been worn or damaged.  

If an exchange  is required, your order will need to be refunded and a new order placed.   Please contact us and we will be happy to help you with this.   Alternatively you can return your items in person to our store at:  Merola 51 Chelsea Manor Street  London SW3 5RZ

If the items are being returned by post, please include the paperwork and packaging and send it back to: Returns Department  at the above mentioned address.

We recommend that you send your order back to us via Royal Mail's special delivery service for security purposes.   We cannot accept responsibility for items sent back and lost in transit.
Except when an item is defective, damaged or sent in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item back to us.  Refunds will be promptly paid after the items have been received back and we will refund the credit card used to make the original purchase.

​To return or exchange an item please include your order number along with the reason for your return or exchange in an email to us: info@merola.co.uk. We will review your request and contact you to issue a return authorization upon approval. Given the limited quantities of our products, an exchange may not always be possible. All items must arrive unworn and in the original packaging.
For your security, please return your item with an insured courier using a tracking confirmation number (e.g. registered/recorded post) and retain your receipt. Merola is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

​PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.

​DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
​Should you receive an item that is not as it should be, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email and send it back within 5 working days. We are here to help. We look after the pieces you buy from us and will arrange to restore and repair where possible should you need help with their maintenance as time goes by.   You may need to provide proof of purchase and a small charge may apply.
